Twitter has become very important to our B2B marketing, comms and PR. Perhaps an 8 currently, but growing fast!

Support Juniper's overall business strategies by providing information, engaging the community, listening and acting on what we hear.

Because information is so tightly focused in a Tweet, we're getting great insights into what topics our followers value the most.

Use it personally first to learn from direct experience how it works, what it's especially good for, and how people interact on it.
