I use Twitter to engage with more than 10,000 followers on the value of social media in business.
What is the most important content you provide to your followers on Twitter?
I use Twitter to send valuable B2B social media information such as best practices, news and links to hard-to-find resources.
How do you interact with both followers and those you follow on Twitter?
I use HootSuite as my primary tool for watching, connecting, and communicating with Twitter followers. I also provide a B2B SM blog.
On a scale of 1 (not at all) to 10 (extremely), how important is twitter to your B2B marketing, communications and PR?
Twitter is a 10. It's the perfect means for quickly and easily sharing the B2B social media information I want to communicate.
How would you describe your business strategy for Twitter?
My business strategy for Twitter is to provide valuable and useful content that users feel compelled to share with others.
What is the most important thing you’ve learned from Twitter?
Twitter has made me a believer in social media and the power of viral marketing.
What is your best advice for other B2B companies not yet using Twitter?
If you're a business and you are not on Twitter, you are behind the curve. Get on board, if nothing else, to just listen.
